These terms govern the use of services offered by Mădălina Sora. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to them.
About the services
Services are provided by Mădălina Adriana Sora PFA (tax ID/CUI 52536835): professional makeup — bridal, event, photoshoot, and day makeup — as well as self-makeup courses, in Bucharest.
Bookings and reserving a date
Bookings are made by phone, email, or through the online booking system.
To secure a date, a deposit of 30–40% of the total service value is required. The date is firmly reserved only after the deposit is paid, with the balance due on the day of the event.
Cancellation and lateness
The deposit confirms the reservation of the date and, in case of cancellation by the client, is non-refundable, as it covers holding that date.
To keep to schedule, there is a maximum grace period of 15 minutes. If you are up to 15 minutes late, the service is performed but its duration may be adjusted so as not to affect later appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment is considered cancelled.
Pricing and payment
Prices are expressed in Romanian lei (RON) and shown on the service pages.
They may vary depending on the requested complexity, location, or any travel involved; any additional cost is communicated and agreed in advance.
Makeup trial
For brides we recommend a makeup trial, usually 2–4 weeks before the event. The trial is charged separately unless otherwise stated.
Client responsibilities
Please let us know before your appointment about any allergies, skin sensitivities, or dermatological conditions.
We use professional products and follow hygiene standards, but we cannot accept liability for reactions caused by undisclosed information.
Photography and portfolio
We reserve the right to photograph the work performed and to use it in our portfolio and on social media for promotional purposes. If you would prefer we did not, please let us know and your preference will be respected.
Limitation of liability
We make every effort to deliver a quality result tailored to your preferences. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. We may update them periodically; the current version is the one shown on this page, with the date above.
